The first reviews of a new album are always received with great anticipation. It is by then - after months of creative writing, months of practice in the rehearsal room, a week of hard work in the studio and even more months of waiting after the album is finished - we know if people share our enthusiasm with our upcoming album.

@metalbite has taken the time and effort to write an in depth review of ‘Rush of Power’. It is hard not to be thrilled.

“Holy steel, what’s that? It is great! It is wow! It is Bang! Bang! Bang! Okay, I beg your pardon for this infantile introduction, but Steel Inferno’s fourth full-length Rush Of Power drives me to the edge of madness. I cannot sit still, I am jumping through my apartment as if I am 18 again and tomorrow all my bones will make me believe that I am already 80 years old. But who cares? Good music must be celebrated – and ha, I am such a loser to call the content of Rush Of Power just good music. It is awesome, outstanding, second to none!”

As 2024 is reaching its end we would like to take

As 2024 is reaching its end we would like to take a moment to look back at the past year.

We kicked off the year in February when we once again entered @angioni_studios to record a new album. We wanted to make an album that continued the path that was set out with ‘Evil Reign’ from 2022 but also an album that took the speed level a notch up. Steel Inferno’s creative philosophy is that you do not need to re-invent the steel in order to deliver a bludgeoning deadly strike. Sometimes sharpening the blade is enough.

‘Rush of Power’ was released on November 29th through @from.the.vaults

Judging from the reviews that ‘Rush of Power have received - we succeeded.

Three singles were released from the album - ‘The Blitz’, ‘Attack’ and ‘Electrocuter’. All singles were accompanied by music videos which was something that we had not done before. In case you missed them - links are attached. We are quite happy with the results.

In between recording and releasing the album we played shows: with @destabilizerofficial in Vejle, with @vulturekills , @acidforcethrash and @disarraybandofficial at @theabyssgbg in Göteborg, a mini tour with @pectoraband and @theviolentdeath in Esbjerg, Aalborg, Copenhagen and Roskilde, and ended the summer playing at @mejerhell . And in march we travelled to Athens to play the one and only @up_the_hammers_festival

Fast forward and looking towards 2025: we cannot wait to play live again. The first show of the year is our release party January 11th at @rustinpeace_cph where we are joining forces with @slyngel666 and @speed_slut for a night of celebration of steel.

Thanks to everyone who supported us in 2024. See you in 2025!!!
